DECATUR

Hello! My name is Mr. Corter and I’m the 7^th & 8th Grade Math teacher at the Middle School.  I started with Decatur School District in 2018, and I’ve enjoyed going to work every single day!  I’ve always had a passion for mathematics, so it’s a dream come true for me to prepare the youth to become our future leaders!  

I attended Gentry School District from Kindergarten through High School.  After graduating high school, I attended Northeastern State University for a year and then transferred to the University of Arkansas- Fort Smith.  I obtained my Bachelor’s Degree in the Winter of 2016 from UAFS.  I am currently certified in 4^th – 8^th Grade Math and Science.  

There are two places you will be able to find me on the weekends- Razorback games and on the golf course.  I don’t miss a Razorback game, and I am terrible at golf.  As always, Go Hogs and Go Bulldogs!
