I graduated from Fayetteville High School in Fayetteville Arkansas in 1980.
I attended Northeastern State University in Tahlequah, Muskogee and Tulsa for my Bachelors Degree, Masters Degree, and my Administration Certification.

I am the Speech Language Pathologist for the entire District.
I have been here at Decatur since the Fall of 2015.
I will address difficulties with childrens’ expressive and receptive language; articulation delays; speech dysfluencies; vocal delays, swallowing disorders.
I have worked in Oklahoma for several years. I have also been a Speech Pathologist for Siloam Springs, and Gentry Public Schools.
I have worked for the NWA Regional Hospital for 17 years as their Speech Therapist to address swallowing issues; Modified Barium Swallow studies; Vocal strengthening; Cognition delays and other difficulties associated with Mental delays and or difficulties. And also the Outpatient therapy services as their Speech Pathologist.
I also worked at Siloam Springs Nursing and Rehabilitation for over 15 years addressing Speech issues with the older population. My youngest patient that I have ever seen was 5 minutes old; my oldest has been 104.
I am married to my husband Freddy. We have a combined number of 7 children. Four girls and three boys. They are all adults, so we have no childen at home.
We have 9 grandchildren, 7 girls and 2 boys. We enjoy them so much!
We have one pet. Her name is Bootsie and she is a 14 year old Tasmanian Spaniel.
I grow cacti and succulents. I love to crochet, and be in the outdoors.
I am a member of the Westville Farmers Market and attend weekly during the Spring, Summer and Fall months.
