Literacy Specialist
I graduated from the University of Arkansas in 2012 with a Bachelor’s degree in Elementary Eduction. I completed my ESL endorsement in 2016. In 2018, I graduated from the University of Central Arkansas with a Master’s degree in Library Media and Information Technology. I am currently in training to become an Academic Language Therapist.
I have taught in Decatur for the past ten years. I have taught 4th grade Literacy, K-4 Library Media, K-4 Dyslexia Intervention, and served as the K-12 Dyslexia Contact.
I have been married to my husband, Raymond, for 15 years. We have three children, aged 9, 5, and 2. We live on a small hobby farm with dogs, chickens, guineas, and a horse.
